Volt Outpost accepts returns within 30 days of delivery on most items, subject to:

• Must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging with all manuals and accessories.
  
• Non-defective returns incur a 25% restocking fee.
  
• Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Shipping Rates

• Free Standard Shipping within the contiguous United States.
• Orders outside the above areas to these areas require email confirmation before processing.

Delivery Estimates

• Processing Time: 5–7 business days (standard Volt Outpost handling time).
• Transit Time: 7–14 business days depending on location and carrier performance.
• Total Estimated Delivery Time: Up to 21 business days from order date.

You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to activate.

Carriers

We use trusted carriers such as UPS, FedEx, DHL, and other reliable couriers.

• Small parcels ship via ground services.
• Large or heavy items may require special handling.

Shipping Restrictions

• No shipping to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
• All shipping information must be accurate; delays or losses due to incorrect addresses are not covered.

All AFERIY portable power stations, solar panels, and accessories purchased from Volt Outpost come with a comprehensive manufacturer warranty—so you can invest in your off-grid and backup power solutions with confidence.

Warranty Coverage

Standard Warranty:

• Portable Power Stations: 2 years (24 months)
• Solar Panels: 3 years
• Accessories: 6 months

Extended Warranty:

• Register your product on AFERIY’s official website to receive:
• An extra 3–5 years on select portable power stations
• An extra 6 months on accessories
• Note: Certain models (including Nano100 and PB010 100W) are not eligible for an extension.

Original Purchaser Only:

• Warranty applies only to the first retail purchaser.
• Non-transferable.

What’s Covered

• Defects in materials or workmanship under normal residential use
• Initial defects or shipping damage
• Free repair or replacement during the warranty period
• Repaired/replaced products retain the remaining original coverage, or 90 days—whichever is longer

Exclusions

The warranty does not cover:

• Misuse, abuse, accidents, or natural disasters
• Unauthorized modifications, repairs, or disassembly
• Commercial use or use with non-approved third-party components
• Heat, liquid, or environmental damage
• Lost, stolen, refunded, or free items
• Purchases from unauthorized resellers
• Claims without valid proof of purchase
